Bhutan Film and Travel was founded by the widely acclaimed and national award winning Bhutanese actor and producer, Chencho Dorji.

Chencho Dorji is a veteran in the Bhutanese film industry, who has featured in around 60 Bhutanese movies so far and is also the recipient of five national awards in the lead (best actor-male) category. He has further directed five feature films and produced another seven.

Chencho Dorji began his filming career in 2006 after graduation from Salesian College in Darjeeling, India.
